OUR VISION

To create a world where mental fitness is universally recognized, valued, and integrated into everyday life.

We envision a future where individuals, schools, companies, and communities embrace both physical and mental well-being as essential for thriving, and where open conversations about mental health are the norm, not the exception.

OUR MISSION

"To educate and empower individuals to prioritize, not stigmatize, their mental fitness by offering sessions that blend exercise with education for companies, gyms, schools, and charities."

ABOUT RUN YOUR MIND

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

Our mental and physical well-being can often take a backseat, when things in life or at work get busy. We can become quite reactive to taking care of these aspects and as a result, find ourselves overwhelmed, stressed or feeling uncertain at times.

This was one of the main reasons Run Your Mind was created. To create a more proactive and preventative approach to not only taking care of your mental and physical well-being, but also improving it.

As a social enterprise, we support companies whilst maintaining a deep commitment to giving back to communities, reinvesting the majority of our profits into providing mental well-being programs for public schools, charities, and local community projects.

By partnering with us, you’re not just investing in your team's well-being—you’re also supporting vital mental health initiatives for those who may not have the necessary resources available or aware of the power they can have.

If you’re a public school, charity or community and curious about how we can support you, get in touch.

Chris Hatfield - Run Your Mind

I'M CHRIS HATFIELD

FOUNDER OF RUN YOUR MIND

I’m passionate about helping people improve their mental well-being by combining the power of mindset work and movement.

With over 8 years of experience in mindset coaching, working with companies like Meta, Google, Salesforce, and Experian, I decided to create Run Your Mind to help others find balance in both their minds and bodies.

But my journey didn’t start there—it goes back to my late teens. During that time, I struggled with anxiety, often feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to manage my thoughts and emotions. Movement, particularly running, became my lifeline—a way to clear my head, reduce stress, and regain a sense of control.

It was through these personal experiences that I realized how crucial it is to prioritize mental health. I noticed that many people, like myself, were still bottling up their feelings, unsure of how to care for their mental well-being.

This recognition drove me to create Run Your Mind—a space designed not only to equip people with the tools they need for a healthy mindset but also to improve their physical health through movement. I believe that when we actively work on and openly talk about our mental well-being, we can break the stigma that surrounds it.

This creates an environment where fewer people feel they have to suffer in silence. My mission is to ensure people feel equipped and empowered to take care of their mental well-being in a proactive, sustainable way.

If this resonates with you and you believe Run Your Mind could benefit your team’s well-being, let's talk and run through how we can work together.
