Pace includes ongoing support with quarterly in-person sessions, combined with weekly recorded mindset sessions sent out via email.

Marathon combines all the elements of Pace, along with bi-weekly in person Run & Learn sessions to foster an encouraging environment for your team to connect, learn, and take care of their well-being.

Each bi-weekly Run & Learn, taking place at your lunchtime, features a dedicated Run Your Mind coach who delivers a short talk on a specific topic to inspire and engage your team.

 

Following the talk we head out for a run or walk, with each person given a thought-provoking question to ask one another whilst on the move.
